Cultural Identities

About Jessica Martinez, LCSW

I am a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports individuals, children, and families through life’s challenges with a culturally grounded and strengths-based approach. With extensive experience working with Latinx families and communities, understanding the impact of culture, immigration experiences, family roles, and generational expectations on mental health.

Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, I provide therapy in  the clients’ preferred language, helping bilingual and multicultural individuals and families feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

I have worked across the lifespan,  from young children and adolescents to adults and older adults,  and i have a strong background in community-based work supporting families navigating complex stressors, transitions, and emotional challenges.

Using evidence-based practices and a holistic, compassionate style, O collaborate with clients to build resilience, honor cultural values, and support healing and personal growth in a safe and respectful space.
