About Jessica Chavarria, LPC-A supervised by Marie Gray

Life can be difficult sometimes. Childhood trauma, breaking generational cycles, or sudden life events can leave us feeling alone and afraid. This emotional pain can bring symptoms of depression and anxiety, causing a change in our behavior, sleep or family dynamics. It all can feel overwhelming! The path to your healing, growth, and self-empowerment is something you don’t have to do alone. I’m a Latina bilingual therapist and it’s my goal to guide you through your anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions affecting your mental health. As a daughter of immigrants, I understand how our upbringing and culture can affect our well-being. My approach utilizes client-centered, cognitive behavior, and trauma-informed therapy to address your needs. I provide services in English and Spanish to youth, adults, and parents. I strive to provide a non-judgemental and stigma-free space where you are heard, validated, and can be vulnerable. Therapy is your journey and I welcome using creative outlets, humor and encourage self-expression to reach within yourself. If you are ready, te invito a platicar y reflexionar para sanar.
