I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves in a deep and meaningful way. My ideal client is someone who feels stuck in patterns they can’t quite understand—whether it’s self-criticism, emotional disconnection, or the weight of high expectations. They seek clarity, healing, and self-acceptance. Through a Family Systems lens and evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT, I help them uncover unhealed trauma, explore intergenerational patterns, and reconnect with their most authentic selves. I enjoy working with clients who want to break cycles, heal past wounds, and create a life that aligns with their true values.
I specialize in supporting Latinx and first-generation adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and family-of-origin dynamics. As a first-gen therapist, I bring cultural understanding, warmth, and practical tools to help clients build self-trust and emotional balance.
I strive to create an open, comfortable and warm environment in therapy. Clients often describe me as empathetic, curious, humorous and playful. I don’t think therapy has to always be a serious matter and I enjoy having fun with it whenever that’s possible. If this sounds like what you’re looking for in therapy, I invite you to reach out to to chat.
