Dr. Jessica Carrasco is a bilingual, bicultural Latina psychologist who provides trauma-informed, culturally grounded care for individuals from diverse and historically marginalized communities. As a first-generation professional, she understands how culture, family, migration, and systemic stressors shape mental health, and how important it is to feel seen and understood in therapy.
Her clinical work focuses on supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, grief, and life transitions. Many of her clients are first-gen students and professionals, migrants, caregivers, or those who have spent years putting others first. Dr. Carrasco meets clients where they are, offering a space that honors their lived experience, resilience, and values.
In addition to individual therapy, she brings expertise in neuropsychological assessment, helping clients understand how emotional and cognitive challenges may be connected. Her approach blends evidence-based tools with warmth, compassion, and cultural humility.
Dr. Carrasco offers services in English, Spanish, or Spanglish—whichever feels most natural. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel safe to explore, heal, and grow—on their own terms.
