With 10 years of therapeutic experience, I specialize in maternal mental health, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space for new and expecting moms to process their emotions, build resilience, and find balance. Using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic tools, I tailor treatment to your unique needs, helping you gain awareness of your strengths and develop strategies to navigate this transformative stage of life.
