Who am I?
As a first-generation Latina (Puerto Rico and Mexico) with roots in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs, I bring a culturally sensitive perspective to therapy. I understand the challenges of navigating multiple identities, and I’m committed to creating a space where you can feel understood and supported in your healing journey. I also recognize the deep-rooted and outdated belief systems that may have shaped your experiences, and I’m here to help you unpack and challenge those beliefs in a safe, compassionate environment.

What I Offer
I specialize in a trauma-focused approach, using a variety of evidence-based techniques to support your healing and growth. My methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Exposure Therapy, Relational Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Each approach is tailored to your unique needs, helping you address past trauma, manage emotions, and move toward lasting change.

I love animals. I definitely favor cats more. On my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors and connecting with nature, taking walks and “exercising.” I think I’m pretty silly and consider myself pretty creative. I enjoy thrifting and nostalgic things. I enjoy reading thriller books, true crime podcasts and horror anything!
