I am a first-generation Latina therapist and the first in my family to attend university and earn a master’s degree. My personal journey deeply informs my work and allows me to bring empathy, cultural humility, and understanding into the therapy space.
I am passionate about working with young mothers navigating postpartum challenges, as well as young adults facing early life transitions such as moving away for college, identity exploration, and adjusting to new responsibilities. I understand how overwhelming these seasons of life can feel, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen and heard.
My approach to therapy is authentic, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, and I work alongside my clients to support growth, resilience, and self-trust
