About Jennifer Gonzalez, LCSW-S

I’m Jennifer Gonzalez, LCSW-S — a first-generation graduate, mom of three, and the therapist behind Vida Counseling TX in Amarillo, TX. I specialize in working with first-gen young adults (mostly ages 18-39) who are ready to break generational cycles and create lives that feel authentic and grounded. My approach is very much shaped by my culture: I’m direct and honest (like a big sister who tells you the truth), but always with warmth and care. I believe in challenging my clients—not to overwhelm them, but to help them grow and feel better, faster.
