About Jennifer Garcia, LCSW

Hi, I’m Jennifer, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’m a proud first-generation Mexican-American therapist serving clients in California. With over 10 years of experience, I’ve supported individuals and families throughout Los Angeles County. I work with youth, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship changes, breakups, and work stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. You don’t need to have everything figured out, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

As the daughter of immigrants and being born and raised in East LA, I understand the weight of generational trauma in the Latinx community—the pressure to succeed, unspoken sacrifices, the desire to make our families proud, carrying family expectations, and learning to prioritize your own well-being. These lived experiences shape my passion for helping others heal.

In our work together, you’ll find a safe, compassionate space where you can show up fully as yourself and for yourself. You don’t have to carry it all alone.
