About Jazmin Rodriguez, M.A., AMFT, APCC

I embrace a state of empathic presence with my clients, showing up with curiosity and understanding. My mission is to serve and support others by providing an emotional home. Grounded in the values of compassion, integrity, and authenticity, I aim to cultivate reflection, deepen self-awareness, and integrate the mind, body, and spirit. My goal is for clients to experience healing, hope, and sustain meaningful relationships with themselves and with others. I am here for thinkers, feelers, creatives, helpers, people pleasers, and peacemakers who give so much and are ready to receive.

Drawing on my background in history and interior design, I view therapy as both an exploration and a co-creative process. I help people understand how their beliefs, past experiences, and relationships have shaped their worldview and may impact their present experience. I encourage self-compassion and mindfulness as one explores the tapestry of their life.

I work with individuals and couples experiencing overwhelming emotions, anxiety, relational issues, stress/burnout, imposter syndrome, self-worth issues, life transitions, Highly Sensitive Persons, ADHD, depression, and childhood trauma.

Finding the right therapist matters, and feeling comfortable and understood is essential. I invite you to schedule a free 15 minute phone call so we can see whether we’re a good fit and if working together feels right for you.
