Cultural Identities

About Jazmin Morales Martinez, LSW

I have spent most of my career working in non-profits with at risk youth. I have worked with LGBTQ+ teens and separated migrant children in the past. I also stay active with social work research in Chicago.

I started private practice so I could work more directly with the community and continue to grow my skills. I am very interested in continuing to work with trauma and I plan on getting trained in EMDR in the fall. I have also done some training in Poly Vagal theory.

I do my best work with teens and Young adults. I like getting to know young people who are struggling and helping them see what they are really capable of. I like helping people learn coping skills to help improve their quality of life.
