About Jason Stringer, LMFT

I’m a Bicultural therapist and the founder of Mindful Heart Growth and Healing, a practice dedicated to serving the diverse communities of the San Gabriel Valley. My work is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and the belief that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with our histories.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, therapy can offer a space to make sense of your experience and move toward a more meaningful life. I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity questions, life transitions, and generational trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in respect for your lived experience.

I understand the courage it takes to reach out for support, especially when therapy hasn’t always felt accessible or relevant. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where you can show up as you are—without judgment.

If you’re from the SGV or surrounding areas and are looking for a therapist who understands the importance of culture, context, and connection, I welcome you to reach out. You’re not alone on this path.
