It takes courage to reach out for support. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or struggling to feel grounded in your daily life, you don’t have to face it alone. As a therapist, I’m dedicated to creating a warm, collaborative space where you can feel seen, understood, and honored in your entirety, even those messier parts that you may be used to hiding.
As a neurodivergent 1.5 generation Latina immigrant, I understand the complex ways our backgrounds and identities shape us. Our mental health doesn’t exist in a bubble – it’s shaped by our experiences, culture, and the systems we navigate daily. I bring genuine curiosity and awareness to our work together, creating space for open, honest conversation.
I specialize in working with Latine/x adults, immigrants, and neurodivergent adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, perfectionism, relationships, and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is relational, rooted in the belief that we heal through connection. I seek to understand your unique lived experience and what you want from therapy and we go from there. In session, I tend to be gentle and explorative, leading with compassion and highlighting your strengths. I like to offer options and allow you to “choose your own adventure” based on what you bring to sessions.
I use a mix of modalities including somatic (body-centered), relational-cultural, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Radically Open DBT. I enjoy helping clients develop a felt sense of safety in their bodies while learning skills to regulate their emotions and increase psychological flexibility.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, processing trauma, exploring your identity, or simply trying to feel more connected to yourself and others, I offer a space where you can be fully yourself.
Ready to take a step toward feeling better? I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and answer any questions you might have about therapy. Contact me today to schedule your consultation and see if we might be a good fit to work together.
