Trauma: Healing from trauma requires deep care and understanding. I use trauma-informed techniques like EMDR and mindfulness-based approaches to help you process and heal from past experiences, empowering you to move forward in a healthier, more peaceful way.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, blending evidence-based methods with a strong emphasis on your individual needs. This includes:
– Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thinking patterns and develop healthier behaviors.
– Mindfulness to build self-awareness and bring a sense of calm and presence into your daily life.
