Welcome! I’m a proud queer Latinx therapist dedicated to supporting adults through the challenges of anxiety, stress, burnout, and everything in between. I know firsthand how overwhelming life can feel, especially when juggling work, school, relationships, and cultural expectations. If you’re feeling stuck in cycles of worry or fear, I want you to know you’re not alone. Together, we can explore the roots of your struggles and tap into your strengths to find effective coping strategies that truly resonate with you. Life can throw a lot our way, and it’s not uncommon to experience worry, stress, self-doubt, avoidance, panic. These feelings can affect our ability to focus, connect with others, and even enjoy our downtime. I understand how difficult it can be to adjusting to life’s changes, juggling many things, navigating new identities, challenging imposter syndrome. That’s why I’m here—to create a safe and inclusive space where you can freely express yourself. Let’s break down the barriers that hold you back and work toward building a more empowered, authentic you. In our sessions, I’ll use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to help you gain insight into your thoughts and patterns. Together, we’ll challenge negative thinking and develop skills to manage anxiety, set healthy boundaries, and prioritize self-care.
