About Jacqueline Ibarra Gonzalez, LAC

Reaching out for support takes courage. I’m here to provide you with a safe and caring space to feel understood, supported, and ready to grow.

I work with children, teens, and adults who may be navigating trauma, anxiety, or life transitions. Whether it’s a child struggling after a difficult experience, a teen managing stress and identity changes, or an adult carrying the weight of past or present challenges, I meet each person where they are, with patience, compassion, and respect.

My approach is warm, strength-based, and collaborative. I believe each client brings their own resilience and inner resources to therapy, and my role is to help uncover and build upon those strengths. Using evidence-based practices such as trauma-focused CBT, play therapy, and person-centered techniques, I tailor every approach to meet your unique needs and goals.

As a bilingual therapist, I also provide services in Spanish and am deeply passionate about expanding access to care for underserved communities. You don’t need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
