I’m Izzy Rocha, PhD, a psychologist who is dedicated to helping teens and adults overcome the challenges of anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when you feel truly seen and heard.
I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. My goal is to help you discover your strengths, make meaningful changes, and feel more in control of your emotional well-being.
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University, and I’m dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where people feel heard, supported, and understood. As a bilingual therapist, I recognize how important culture and identity can be in the healing process, and I’m mindful to bring cultural perspectives into sessions whenever it feels meaningful or helpful.
Therapy is available in both English and Spanish, so you can express yourself in the language that feels most comfortable and authentic.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and friends – and especially with my furry and fluffy companions: my dog, rabbit, and guinea pig. I enjoy cooking with my family, exploring new recipes, and staying connected to my community in any way I can.
