I help Latinx adults make sense of how childhood, family dynamics, and cultural expectations shaped their anxiety, perfectionism, and attachment patterns. Together, we slow down the internal noise, build regulation skills, and gently challenge the old beliefs that keep you from feeling safe and true to yourself. Our work is calm, warm, grounded, reflective, and collaborative.
