As a relationship and sex therapist, I create a collaborative and compassionate space where you can safely explore complex topics at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating challenges related to intimacy, infidelity, communication, anxiety, depression, or family dynamics, I aim to help you uncover deeper insights, cultivate resilience, and move toward meaningful growth—on your terms.
I believe deeply in your autonomy and lived experience. Rather than giving one-size-fits-all advice, I work alongside you to co-create solutions that align with your values, identity, and goals. Our work together is grounded in curiosity, accountability, and empowerment.
In therapy, I strive to build a brave space—not just a safe one—where all emotions, questions, and parts of your identity are welcome. I especially enjoy supporting neurodivergent couples navigating intimacy and communication barriers, BIPOC individuals and couples facing sexual health and identity concerns, members of the Latinx/Hispanic community, and addressing culturally-informed experiences around sexuality, family, and self-worth.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Certificate in Sex Therapy from Adler University. My clinical focus includes Sexuality and intimacy, relationship repair and reconnection, identity exploration, communication challenges, and mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression.
As a bilingual, Colombian-born therapist, I offer sessions in both English and Spanish—centered on the language and cultural nuances that feel most authentic to you. I am passionate about integrating culture, identity, and advocacy into the therapeutic process, and I believe healing and growth are most powerful when all of who you are is seen and valued.
