As a bilingual English and Spanish-speaking therapist, I understand that many of us grow up carrying a lot of family expectations, cultural responsibilities, generational patterns, and the pressure to stay strong even when we’re struggling.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the emotional exhaustion that can come from always being the one others rely on. Many of my clients come from Latino, multicultural, and first-generation backgrounds and are looking for a space where they don’t have to explain every part of their experience to feel understood.
My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, build practical tools for managing life’s challenges, and help you reconnect with yourself. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about creating space for healing, growth, and becoming more grounded in who you’ve always been.
