I believe every person carries a unique story, and with the right support, healing is possible. It is an honor to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to reconnect with your resilience. My passion is supporting cycle breakers as they heal from trauma, reconnect with their inner child and ancestral strengths, and create new patterns for themselves and future generations. I work with tweens, teens, young adults, professionals, mothers, and fellow therapists.
One of my greatest passions is supporting individuals throughout the many transitions of parenthood, including infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I have extensive experience working with BIPOC, neurodivergent, and LGBTQIA+ parents and specialize in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, NICU experiences, teen parents, reproductive trauma, and the ways childhood attachment wounds often resurface during the transition into parenthood.
Together, we’ll explore how your nervous system has adapted to life’s experiences and gently work toward greater regulation, flexibility, and connection. I help clients understand how trauma is held in both the mind and body while learning to reparent themselves with compassion. My approach integrates EMDR, Somatic Experiencing®, Brainspotting, attachment-focused therapy, parts work (Ego States), inner child healing, expressive interventions, and, when clinically appropriate and always with your consent, Somatic Experiencing touch work to support nervous system regulation and deeper embodied healing.
As a part-time lecturer at California State University, Fullerton, I teach trauma-informed social work and advanced practice courses for Master of Social Work (MSW) students. It is especially meaningful to teach at my alma mater and mentor the next generation of trauma-informed clinicians.
In addition to psychotherapy, I provide EMDR consultation for therapists pursuing EMDR certification and conduct immigration psychological evaluations for USCIS cases, including U-Visa, T-Visa, VAWA, Asylum, and Extreme Hardship waivers. I currently offer immigration evaluations in California, Massachusetts, Nevada, Arizona, Virginia, and Florida.
