Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges, unsure of where to begin, or struggling to find your sense of direction? Many of the women and teen girls I work with experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions that leave them feeling lost or uncertain about their next steps. Some are navigating relationship challenges, identity questions, or low self-esteem. Others are simply trying to find a sense of balance and peace amid the chaos of everyday life. If this sounds familiar, I want you to know you’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it by yourself.
I’m a bilingual therapist providing both in-person sessions in Washington and virtual therapy for clients seeking flexible options that fit their schedules. I offer individual therapy, group therapy, and support groups in both English and Spanish. My practice, Mar & Sol Mental Health Services, is a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without pressure or judgment—and begin your journey toward healing, self-understanding, and growth.
As a trauma therapist, I specialize in helping clients process painful experiences, rebuild a sense of safety, and create new patterns that support emotional well-being. I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. Whether you are healing from the past or learning to navigate the present, EMDR can help you move toward a life with greater calm, confidence, and clarity.
I embrace a modern, authentic approach to therapy. I will be with you every step of the way—whether you are navigating through difficult times or celebrating your successes. One of my core values is to show up authentically with my clients, creating a genuine and supportive environment. Therapy, to me, is not about “fixing” you—it’s about walking alongside you as you uncover your strengths, deepen your self-awareness, and begin to live in alignment with who you truly are.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve been thinking about it for a while or have had prior experiences that made you hesitant to try again. Change takes courage, and I want you to know that wherever you are in your process, that’s okay. Getting started can be one of the hardest steps, but I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your pace and goals—because therapy is an individual journey, not a race.
My approach to therapy is holistic, integrative, trauma-informed, and person-centered. This means I tailor my methods to fit your unique needs and goals, drawing from different modalities to provide the most effective and personalized care possible. In our sessions, you can expect warmth, collaboration, and a balance of reflection and practical tools. You’ll learn how to strengthen coping skills, build emotional awareness, and cultivate self-compassion—all while moving toward real, lasting change.
I work closely with women and teen girls aged 14+, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are also learning how to set healthy boundaries, manage stress, and reconnect with themselves after years of putting others first. My role is to help you feel less stuck and more empowered, supporting you as you learn to trust yourself and create the life you’ve always dreamed of.
Being bilingual and bicultural allows me to bring a unique lens to therapy. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, and for some clients, we speak “Spanglish,” seamlessly blending both languages to ensure comfort and understanding. This approach reflects my belief that language and culture are deeply intertwined with how we express ourselves and experience healing. I strive to create an inclusive, culturally-informed space where you feel seen and understood.
Building a strong therapeutic alliance is central to my work. I believe the connection between therapist and client is vital for meaningful progress. Together, we’ll foster trust, safety, and open communication—allowing you to explore your emotions honestly and work toward growth with confidence.
At Mar & Sol Mental Health Services, you’ll find care that is compassionate, authentic, and rooted in collaboration. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I am here to walk alongside you. Through creative, evidence-based practices and a genuine therapeutic connection, my goal is to help you discover resilience, healing, and hope.
Your story matters, and your healing is possible. I invite you to reach out for a complimentary 15-minute introductory call to ask any questions and see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you and walking with you on this journey of growth and transformation.
