About

Welcome! Healmatic Group Practice, led by Brittani Williams, LCSW, is an inclusive therapy space that fosters healing for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Healmatic’s approach is grounded in the acknowledgment of the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit, guided by a trauma-informed framework and a deep commitment to healing justice principles. We support individuals in healing from identity trauma, code-switching, imposter syndrome-resulting in self doubt and anxiety, stress, and depressive lows, family/cultural pressures, community stressors, and intergenerational trauma. We believe in the Mind Body connection and use EMDR, Brain-spotting, Cognitive work, inner child work, and somatic work to facilitate healing.

Experience our healing journey in three simple steps:

1. Contact us by email or website & answer a few questions, and expect a response within 24 hours.

2. Book a free 10-15 min. consultation to connect with your preferred therapist.

3. Begin therapy, choosing online or in-person sessions.

We are in network with UHC/Optum, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross & UC Ship Student Insurance.
