Hi, I’m Gloria Osborne-Sheeler, LCSW—founder of Glow In Therapy, Inc. I’m a First-Generation Afro-Latina therapist, proud Panameña, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing for Virtual Therapy Latina and First-Gen Women throughout California.
For more than 15 years, I’ve helped women navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, childhood wounds, life transitions, and the emotional weight of always being the one everyone else depends on. My passion is helping Latina and First-Gen Women heal the patterns that keep them stuck in people-pleasing, guilt, perfectionism, and relationships where they lose themselves.
As the daughter of immigrants, I understand how deeply cultural values, family expectations, and generational experiences can shape the way we move through the world. Many of the women I work with have spent years believing their worth comes from being strong, selfless, or putting everyone else’s needs before their own.
Therapy offers the opportunity to rewrite those stories.
My approach blends culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we’ll work to heal your inner child, strengthen healthy boundaries without guilt, build lasting self-confidence, and create relationships that feel more connected, balanced, and authentic.
At Glow In Therapy, you don’t have to translate your culture, minimize your experiences, or apologize for your emotions. This is a space where every part of your story is welcomed, honored, and understood.
If you’re looking for an Afro-Latina Therapist who understands the unique experiences of Latina and First-Gen Women, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
Because healing isn’t about becoming someone different.
It’s about reconnecting with the version of yourself that has always deserved to be seen, heard, and loved.
Let’s help you Reclaim Your Glow.
