I believe in mental health services being available to anyone who is seeking to radically transform themselves and consciously connect with who they are on the inside. Many of us have grown up in households or cultures where we haven’t been taught to prioritize our feelings, wants and needs. I created Glow In Therapy to provide Black, Indigenous, People of Color with the space to learn how to strengthen their relationships as well as their self-care and self-love practices. Working together provides us with the healing space to explore your current challenges as well as effectively develop the tools necessary to thrive and create the wonderful life that is awaiting you. Hey there! My name is Gloria Osborne-Sheeler, LCSW and I am the owner & creator of Glow in Therapy, a therapeutic space where you can learn to step into the best version of yourself. I am a bicultural/bilingual Spanish Speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years experience working with individuals, families, and couples. I am a First Gen, Afro-Latina originally from the beautiful country of Panama and I’ve resided in the greater Los Angeles area for a majority of my life. I had the privilege of becoming a U.S. Citizen in 2008 and currently possess dual citizenship. I have experienced and overcome many life challenges and traumas. Life is hard at times but healing is possible! I have dedicated much time and energy to my own healing processes both personally and professionally.

I sincerely believe in therapy being a space where you can find your inner glow and freedom to achieve the life you want to live. With extensive training and certifications in various evidenced based practices, I tailor each session to meet your specific needs. I have an eclectic approach, weighing heavily on body-mind-spirit holistic practices while integrating psychological theories applicable to your circumstances. My services are currently offered online and I specialize in assisting women and couples of color to strengthen their relationships and self-love and self-care practices consistently.
