As a trauma and relationship specialist, I support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and patterns that can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others. My approach is rooted in somatic healing and the mind-body connection. I believe in the body’s innate capacity to heal and in the wisdom and resilience carried across generations that has helped bring you to this moment. Together, we can deepen connection to your body, build greater safety and self-trust, and create space for more authentic and meaningful relationships.
I understand that healing is shaped by the families, cultures, communities, and identities we belong to. For Latinx, first-generation, and bicultural clients, therapy can be a space to honor the values, traditions, collective wisdom, and relationships that ground you while also exploring inherited roles, expectations, and narratives that may no longer serve you. Rather than viewing healing as an individual journey alone, I believe our well-being is deeply connected to our relationships, communities, and sense of belonging.
Our work can hold both honoring where you come from and creating the freedom to become who you want to be. Together, we can explore what you want to carry forward, what you are ready to leave behind, and what you want to create for yourself and the generations that come after you. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can feel more at home within yourself while remaining connected to the people, values, and communities that matter to you.
