Therapy is a gradual and intentional space to feel and heal. Our culture highlights hyperindependence and hustle, so it is important to acknowledge that it is ok to tend to our selves, need others, and process your past.
I have been a therapist for 10 years and have also been to different types of therapy including talk therapy, couples, and brain based processing (EMDR). In the most stressful period of my life, I also accepted support via medication which was also such a help during postpartum. I have first hand experience in accepting help and getting additional training to support children, adults, couples, and families. It is an honor to walk alongside you on your mental health path.
In addition to being a therapist I am a partner, momma, chillona (crybaby), and educator. Working with me is deep, emotional, and reparative.
