I provide psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. I help people understand how their past experiences, family relationships, and current patterns shape how they feel, relate to others, and see themselves. Many of the people I work with are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, isolation, and major life transitions. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking deeper insight, therapy can be a powerful space for growth and healing.

As a Latina therapist, I understand the importance of cultural identity, family, and community in shaping how we experience the world.
