About Gabriela Pequeno, MEd, LPC

I am currently accepting new clients for daytime appointments Monday through Thursday between 7a-4p. Limited in-person sessions available. Hello! I’m Gabby, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. As a bilingual Latinx woman working with Adults in Texas, I connect particularly well with other individuals from the Latinx community. I enjoy amplifying and lifting up marginalized voices by providing a safe and open environment to express any concerns. My goal is to create an open and supportive environment for you to express yourself however you’d like: cursing, crying, and joking all allowed. I work with motivated, insightful adults who want to build both their skills and their confidence in handling life’s challenges. In our sessions, you’re the one in control. I’m here to provide support and to help you process your experiences to see how they are affecting you. I have worked with adults who struggle with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, adjusting to new life changes, and especially those who want guidance for how to heal from past traumas. I understand the importance of providing services through a culturally-sensitive lens, and acknowledging the inequalities that can affect you based off the intersectionality of your identity. It is my privilege to work with individuals who choose to share their stories and lives with me – contact me today, so we can schedule a consultation call and get started 🙂
