Cultural Identities

About Freya Rodriguez MSW

I prioritize creating a safe and non-judgmental space to allow you to show up as your most authentic self. My goal is to work together to identify a treatment that feels obtainable for you while encouraging strength and growth. I offer services in both English and Spanish as I understand the complexities of growing up in two different cultures. I have experience assisting adolescents, adults, and those in the LGBTQIA+ community through attachment style, family dynamics, life transitions, and severe symptoms.
Part of my passion is in supporting the Latine community whether you are newly immigrated or second-generation. I offer family therapy to help parents and children find common ground and identify effective ways of communicating. My therapeutic approach is integrative including DBT, Family Systems, Person-Centered, Solutions Focused among others.
If you are interested in exploring further whether I can support you best in your journey or have questions, I am best reached via email and am most often able to respond within 2-3 days.
