Cultural Identities

About Fabiola Saucedo, LCSW

If you’ve always been the strong one—the one who kept things together, stayed quiet, or carried more than your share—you may find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, family pressure, and questions around identity. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, guilt, and the weight of family or cultural expectations.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered around your pace.

Together, we’ll explore where your patterns come from and how they may be showing up and disrupting your life and relationships. Over time, many clients begin to feel less anxious and more grounded, trust themselves more deeply, set boundaries with less guilt, and feel more connected to who they are—not just who they’ve had to be.
