Many of us grow up being the one who keeps everything together. You may have learned to prioritize family, take on responsibility early, and push through no matter how heavy things feel. Over time, that constant emotional labor can impact your mood, relationships, and sense of identity.
You might feel torn between being there for your family and wanting a life that feels fully your own. Maybe you carry pressure to succeed, guilt when you set boundaries, or anxiety that others don’t quite understand. These patterns are often tied to intergenerational experiences, migration stress, and cultural messages around loyalty and sacrifice.
My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space for folks navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, using tools like IFS, somatic therapy, and mindfulness.

Muchas personas crecen siendo quienes mantienen todo en pie. Tal vez aprendiste a priorizar a tu familia, asumir responsabilidades desde muy joven y seguir adelante sin importar lo pesado que se sienta todo. Con el tiempo, esa carga emocional constante puede afectar tu estado de ánimo, tus relaciones y tu sentido de identidad.
Establecer límites puede ser difícil. Las expectativas familiares pueden presionarte, y la culpa puede aparecer cuando eliges priorizarte a ti mismo/a.
