About

I work with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ adults who are experiencing imposter syndrome, first-gen issues, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. My approach is non-judgmental, collaborative, casual, and sometimes humorous. Together, we'll explore how your experiences, beliefs, and relational style have been shaped by your social identities, cultural contexts, and the systems you're a part of (e.g. family, work, community). My goal is to co-create an affirming space where you can openly discuss your stressors, preferences, questions, and everything in between.

My work is informed by my identity as a queer, first-generation, Latinx woman. I use intersectionality and trauma-informed frameworks to meet you where and support you in getting to where you want to be. I rely on evidenced based practices and psychoeducation to help you change how you relate to yourself and respond to stressors.

Our work together will be centered around strengthening your self-image, coping mechanisms, and relationships in order to promote autonomy and connection. I view our work together as a collective healing process. I believe that through collaborative mental health work, we can heal our communities.
