I’m a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting individuals from all walks of life. My passion for private practice is deeply rooted in a desire to give back to the Latinx community. I strive to create a safe, accepting, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, uncover their strengths, and develop healthy coping strategies.
I have extensive experience working with young adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, and difficulties in forming and maintaining healthy relationships. My goal is to guide clients through life’s complexities while helping them discover tools that resonate with their unique needs.
Rather than relying on a single therapeutic approach, I take an integrative and individualized path. I believe that no one modality fits all, so I take the time to understand each client and draw from various therapeutic techniques to create a treatment plan that works for them. This personalized approach allows clients to feel seen, heard, and supported throughout our work together.
For bilingual clients (English/Spanish), I encourage authentic expression—whether in English, Spanish, or Spanglish. I welcome conversations about how culture and upbringing shape our perspectives on mental health, identity, and relationships.
Currently offering virtual sessions for clients in NY, FL, DC, and TN.
