About

Are you having a difficult time managing stress in your life? You may be experiencing anxiety in your life or have gone through something very stressful recently. Sometimes these experiences can throw you off and you may not know what to do next. Imagine having a space where you can talk about these issues with someone. As a therapist, I can provide you with a safe place where you can authentically express yourself as needed. Current stressors may feel intense now, but they don't have to continue feeling this way. In treatment, I have worked with clients who have experienced trauma, adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, improving self-esteem, identity issues, and behavioral issues. I have lots of experience working with adults, adolescents, and families. Starting the therapy process can be a little scary. I encourage you to reach out for a free consultation if you are interested in beginning therapy work together. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about anything. Best of luck to you on your self-growth journey and I commend you on your efforts to obtain therapy services.
