I’m a first generation Latinx therapist creating space for individuals to experience radical self-compassion. My style is warm and authentic, with some humor. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, and generational differences within Latinx culture.

I support clients through better understanding where ideas about themselves and their relationships have come from and how they want to approach these areas moving forward. I sit with clients as they experience difficult emotions, listen to what others have not been able to hear, and guide clients to connect with their responsibility to themselves, self-worth, and cope with the realities of life. I value the impact of culture and provide a safe space for individuals to express themselves fully, specifically as a bilingual and LBGTQIA+ affirming therapist. I use interventions based on emotion-focused, psychodynamic, existential, and humanistic theories and therapy.
