If you’re struggling with anxiety, negative thoughts, or comparison, therapy can help you slow down, stay present, and develop tools to feel more grounded and supported. You’re not alone—I understand these feelings and have learned how to manage them, even in stressful times.
My approach: relational, experiential, somatic, spiritual and strengths based therapy. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and able to grow.
I have experience in community mental health, working with children, teens, families, and adults across life stages, including perinatal clients. I hold a degree from John F. Kennedy University with an emphasis in Somatic Therapy and am bilingual in Spanish.
