Licensed in CA, FL, NV, and TX | Now accepting EMDR Intensive clients and Immigration Evaluations in all four states
I provide a culturally affirming, trauma-informed space where you can explore and shift the thoughts and emotions that may be holding you back. Therapy with me is collaborative—we work together to support your healing and personal growth. I offer services in both English and Spanish and feel honored to work with a diverse range of clients, including first-gen, BIPOC, and Latinx communities.
I specialize in helping clients navigate intimacy issues, life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges through a trauma and cultural lens. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, trained in Brainspotting Therapy, and experienced in supporting healing from trauma, complicated grief, disturbing memories, physical/sexual abuse, and stress-related symptoms.
I also offer immigration evaluations for U Visas, Asylum, VAWA, and T Visas. These evaluations are done with care, dignity, and cultural sensitivity.
Additionally, I am an EMDR Consultant-in-Training and offer individual and group consultation for EMDR therapists working toward certification. Group consults are held virtually on Fridays at 9 a.m.
As the founder of a group practice, I offer private practice consultation for therapists looking to build their own thriving practices. Areas of support include insurance guidance, business setup, marketing, networking, budgeting, and more—with an emphasis on balance and sustainability.
If you’re ready to begin your journey—or simply curious about what working together could look like—I invite you to reach out. You deserve support that honors your identity, story, and vision for the future.
