About Elizabeth de Dios

In a world where information is instant and answers are at our fingertips, it’s easy to overlook the deeper process of healing. True healing isn’t about quick fixes; it’s rooted in connection and understanding. My role is to be a caring, respectful witness to your experience, supporting you as we work together toward meaningful, lasting change. This journey begins with seeing your reality clearly and accepting it fully, laying the foundation for genuine peace.

My goal is to help you uncover the parts of yourself that may be hidden and unlock the innate wisdom you already possess. I utilize effective third-wave therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches emphasize developing vital skills like mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. As your mindfulness deepens, we aim to cultivate a compassionate perspective—moving from judgment to genuine understanding.

With extensive experience supporting adults facing challenges like Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and trauma, I am committed to creating a safe, welcoming space. As a second-generation Mexican American bilingual in English and Spanish, I proudly offer therapy in both languages, ensuring your full identity is acknowledged, valued, and embraced throughout your healing journey.
