I am an LPC Associate, strength coach, and yoga teacher based in central Texas, offering nervous-system-informed telehealth therapy to adults across the state…body, mind, y espíritu.
Raised on the Texas/Mexican border, I bring a lived understanding of bicultural identity, immigration stress, and the stigma around mental health in Latino communities. I also know firsthand what it means to grow up as the child of a parent with severe mental illness, in a place where mental health care was scarce, stigmatized, and seldom spoken about. These experiences aren’t just part of my story. They shaped how I understand the nervous system: how it learns to stay vigilant, how it carries what words can’t express, and how healing requires more than insight…it requires felt safety.
I can help with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and burnout, performance psychology, disordered eating/exercise behaviors, women’s wellness, and life transitions. I also work with pre-marital couples using the Gottman Method and facilitate various counseling groups, such as “Fitmind Resilience Group”.
My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, values-oriented, and integrative — weaving 13+ years of fitness and wellness experience into clinical work, because the mind and body are never truly separate.
Whether you’re a high achiever running on empty, a woman navigating hormonal shifts that are changing how you think and feel, someone whose past keeps showing up in your present, or a first-generation adult carrying the weight of two worlds, I’d be honored to work with you. You deserve care that sees the whole picture.
