Life has its trials and tribulations that feel like barriers, but I believe they are also invitations for deep healing and growth. Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, struggling with deep emotional wounds, or seeking more meaningful relationships, I offer a safe and supportive space where together, we can create a map of how to become your most true and authentic self. Please come in knowing that you will receive no judgement from me, rather you have my unconditional support and understanding throughout your healing journey.
I am an Associate Marriage & Family therapist graduated from Pepperdine University. My personal journey as a bilingual, second-generation Latina ignited my desire to become a therapist and empower my clients to overcome the impact of trauma, fostering resilience and authenticity. I am passionate about advocating for mental health awareness and stigma reduction in minority communities. I use a trauma focused lens and culturally sensitive approach while tailoring my therapeutic process based on my clients’ unique experiences. My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending techniques from psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness practices. I believe that every person holds the capacity for change, and I would be honored to support you in building a positive foundation for the relationship with yourself and others. Somos un equipo!
