Hi / Hola ! My name is Eileen , I wholeheartedly believe in helping people connect to themselves, lean in with self-compassion and recognize that they can find peace within. I'll challenge you to meet yourself where you are and recognize that healing is a process . We can connect in English , Spanish and even Spanglish . I enjoy using different modalities to guide you in exploring trauma, and creating a safe and judgement free space where individuals can connect with their inner child, current self and future self , to learn, grow and continue healing .  Together we can explore family dynamics, attachment styles ,  relationships, parenting , 1st generation pressures,  and goals.
