**Accepting New Clients** I am a proud first-generation Latinx therapist with a passion for helping individuals re-connect with their true authentic selves. Together we will collaborate towards your journey of self-discovery by exploring the depths of your inner universe, social/cultural constructs, and the patriarchal systems of power that may be contributing to experiences of anxiety and depression and/or an overall feeling of disconnect from your true self. I prioritize the therapeutic alliance and ensure that my time with you cultivates a safe and secure space that will allow you to access the most difficult parts of yourself in a deep and meaningful way at your own pace. In addition to depth/shadow work, we will discuss the stress response and techniques to self-soothe with the objective of integrating mind, body, and soul. I utilize integrative depth psychotherapy as my primary approach to treatment which combines aspects and techniques from different treatment modalities and allows for the therapeutic process to be tailored to each client's unique needs/experiences.
