Hello and welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been practicing since 2016 in Los Angeles. My approach is primarily centered around developing a strong working therapeutic relationship in a culturally competent, safe, and empathic environment. I am primarily driven by the client-centered and trauma-informed approach to help you to listen to your body, emotions and learn skills to help manage them. I am also trained in EMDR and work to target trauma in it’s various forms as well as also focus on early attachment wounds that today may feel like deep feelings of loneliness, abandonment, mistrust, indecisiveness, overthinking, worthlessness, just to name a few.
