About Edith Arias, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Immigration Evaluator | Clinical Supervisor

Welcome to my wellness practice—a safe space where therapy, mindfulness, wellness, and advocacy come together to support healing and self-care. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, life wellness coach, and experienced yoga teacher dedicated to promoting individual and community wellness.

As a first-generation Salvadoran-American and daughter of refugee immigrants, my personal journey fuels my passion for advocacy and my deep understanding of the immigrant experience. My practice is based on a holistic, trauma-informed approach that combines traditional therapy with wellness techniques like yoga and mindfulness.

I specialize in:

Individual Therapy – Holistic, trauma-informed therapy for neurodivergent adults, first-generation immigrants, helpers experiencing burnout, and those healing from trauma.

Immigration Psychological Evaluations – Comprehensive evaluations for VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa, Asylum, Extreme Hardship Waivers, and Cancellation of Removal. Bilingual services in English and Spanish.

Clinical Supervision – Trauma-informed supervision for graduate students, pre-licensed clinicians, and licensed clinicians seeking immigration evaluation mentorship.
