About

Trusting ourselves is often the hardest part of healing. Much of the world around us and our traumas have separated us from our inner compass-our heart. In therapy with me our focus is on remembering and reclaiming our authentic selves-our entire selves that don't fit into a box. We will focus on you and how you make sense of the world and what happened to you by integrating restorative, body based, and ancestral practices of healing. I specialize in working with QT and BIPOC people who are wanting to heal relational patterns and live authentically. As a mixed Chicanx person I know what it is to not feel at home even in myself. Together we can craft your own healing journey that embraces your authentic self.
