Hello/Hola! I am so glad you are here! This is Dr. Sandy Equite-Rodas. I am a Latinx bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing in California. I provide telehealth services to support you in participating in the comfort of your space. Individuals seek therapy and support for a variety of reasons and seeking this help can feel uneasy. I enjoy helping individuals explore patterns impacting their relationships, finding ways to manage stressful situations, and exploring their emotions and behaviors to help make improvements in your life. I provide trauma-informed care to treat a variety of clinical presentations with different age groups. I help individuals identify, address, and change intergenerational patterns. I use a collaborative and integrative approach in our treatment. My experience includes treating children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with a variety of concerns. I am trained in Trauma Focused – CBT, Seeking Safety, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and Managing Adaptive Practices.
