About Dr. Paloma Ocampo, Licensed Psychologist

Feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed?  Overthinking situations, replaying conversations in your head—sound familiar? Ever catch yourself assuming the worst will happen? Maybe you’ve got some big changes coming up, like graduating from college, moving to new city, or starting a new job. You’re not alone. Life throws a lot our way, but together, we can tackle it. Therapy with me provides a judgment-free zone where you can talk about anything. Together, we’ll uncover and address unproductive behaviors and thought patterns, empowering you to effectively manage anxious thoughts, feel confident, and feel more optimistic about the future. I work with adults of all identities, including college/graduate students and first-gen individuals (e.g., child of immigrants). Come as you are, no filter needed! ADHD psychological evaluations also available (online). Through the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT), I can offer services across states lines in 39 participating states.
