About Dr. Paloma Ocampo, Licensed Psychologist

Do you ever feel like your brain just won’t shut off? Like you’re constantly overthinking or second-guessing yourself. Maybe you’re navigating big life changes, like graduating, starting a new job, or figuring out what’s next. It’s exhausting. And if you’re a first-gen college student or the child of immigrants, there’s probably even more pressure to succeed, to not mess up, to make your family proud. It’s a lot. If you’re constantly worrying about what others think, overanalyzing every little decision, or feeling like you’re never quite measuring up, you’re not alone and you’re in the right place. Therapy with me is real, supportive, and judgment-free. I’m here to help you understand what’s underneath the anxiety, shift unhelpful patterns, and feel more in control of your life again. We’ll work together to quiet the noise in your mind and help you feel more grounded and confident. I also offer psychological assessment and testing if you’re looking for more clarity around ADHD, anxiety, or think you might benefit from testing accommodations (LSAT, GRE, MCAT, etc.) If any of this sounds familiar, let’s talk. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if it feels like a good fit.
