About Dr. Lynn Raine, PhD, LCSW

Hola y Bienvenidos!
I’m a bilingual and bicultural therapist passionate about empowering individuals to live with confidence, balance, and joy. As a proud member of the Latinx community, I understand firsthand the unique challenges of managing family expectations while pursuing your own education, career, and personal goals. I also recognize the added uncertainty and fear many in our community are facing in today’s political climate, which can heighten anxiety, stress, and feelings of isolation. In therapy, I provide a supportive space where you can process these experiences safely, explore how your past and family of origin dynamics may still be shaping your present, and together we’ll break unhealthy patterns so you can step into the life you truly want.

Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether it’s anxiety, loneliness, self-doubt, or the constant pressure to please everyone at work and at home. You may even feel invisible or guilty for wanting to put yourself first. You don’t have to stay stuck. I work with clients navigating life transitions, cultural stress, imposter syndrome, relationship struggles, and work/life balance, helping them uncover the root of their challenges so real, lasting healing can take place.

Clients often describe therapy with me as like talking with a trusted friend—safe, genuine, and deeply understanding. My role is to walk alongside you with care and compassion as you discover your worth, build healthier relationships, and create a fulfilling, satisfying life.

Areas of expertise:

Anxiety & stress
Bi-cultural issues & workplace discrimination
Imposter syndrome & self-esteem
Family of origin wounds & trauma
Unhealthy or toxic relationships
Relationship challenges (dating, marriage, workplace)
Work/life balance & life transitions
Identity exploration & self-discovery
It would be my honor to support you on your journey toward health, happiness, and bienestar. Les deseo salud y paz.
