About Dr. Josephine Almanzar, PsyD

I am accepting new therapy and evaluation clients! I provide in-person services in Georgia and virtual therapy services in over 43 states! For more information, please visit my website.

Now is the time to take up space. As your therapist, I welcome you to be all of who you are, while helping you explore all that you can be. You may be wondering if you are capable of taking this step, and the answer is YES! Sometimes we need additional support to reach our potential and navigate change, and it is my honor to be a helping hand in your life.

In psychotherapy and testing, I pride myself in taking a strengths-based approach; I believe that we all have undiscovered strengths that can be useful during challenging times. My theoretical orientation is Interpersonal, which is an integrative framework to help you explore your life through the perspective of connection, thoughts, and emotions.

I provide in-person and virtual therapy for adolescents, college students, and adults. I also offer psychoeducational evaluations assessing learning disorders and ADHD, and psychological evaluations assessing mood, personality, and overall functioning.
