As a licensed psychotherapist (Psy.D., LMFT) with over a decade of clinical experience, I help individuals and couples move beyond simply understanding their patterns to creating meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in trauma, attachment, relationships, identity, and the ways our experiences can become deeply held in both the mind and body.
My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in advanced trauma and attachment-focused therapies, including Brainspotting, somatic and attachment-based work, and integrative trauma healing. I work especially well with people who are insightful and self-aware but find themselves repeating patterns they understand intellectually yet still struggle to change—whether in relationships, self-worth, emotional regulation, or their connection to themselves.
Therapy with me is not about telling you who you should become. It is about creating a safe and meaningful space to understand what shaped you, heal what continues to hurt, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been lost along the way.
During a complimentary consultation, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve experienced, and what you hope will be different. Together, we can determine whether my approach feels right for you and begin developing a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs and goals.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes knowing that something needs to change is enough of a place to begin.
I specialize in attachment, trauma, and relationship healing, supporting individuals and couples navigating complex trauma, codependency, difficult relationship patterns, breakups, divorce, and relationships with emotionally immature or narcissistic partners or family members.
My work is deeply informed by the experiences of Latinx, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and first-generation individuals, including the complexities of identity, culture, family expectations, and belonging. I have particular expertise in generational and religious trauma, mother-daughter relationships, attachment wounds, and couples impacted by trauma.
Together, we work to understand the patterns that shaped you, heal what continues to affect your relationships and sense of self, and build healthier connections—with others and, most importantly, with yourself.
